Life threw me a curve ball. After living in my own home and owning an investment property of my own, I found myself looking for a rental premises until I got myself sorted. Prior to contacting Innova Management I attended countless Real Estate Agents to obtain rental information. Treatment from some Real Estates was utmost humiliating. To say the service was poor is an understatement.
Innova Management were helpful from the very first contact. They greeted myself (and others) at the available premises on time and were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.
My appreciation and subsequent rental agreement was handled promptly and professionally - and with no judgement or criticism. In brief, you certainly made a difficult situation very simple and friendly. You have restored my faith in customer service in this day and age.
